Year 1 have adopted the Gospel value & virtue of 'friendship' and 'hope'.
Friendship - John 15:15
Jesus said: I do not call you servants any more because a servant does not know what his master is doing. I speak to you as friends because I have told you everything that my Father has told me.
God wants to be your friend, give you good advice, and to be close to you when you need him.
Hope - Ephesians 1:2
Let us, who were first to hope in the Lord, praise God's glory!
Everybody has hope in something; the people who believe in God hope to see God one day.

All parents have now been sent an email login to Class Dojo. Click the link and it will ask you to set up a Parent Account. From there, you will be able to see a message from me and instructions of how to connect your child. Once set up, it is really easy to connect with me, sending photos, videos, voice notes, drawings and messages from the children. Some children and parents have already connected and it's wonderful to see what the children are up to! I've set some activities for children to complete (based around the Learning Projects), but if they just want to use Class Dojo to send me a picture or message to say hello then that's ok too! There is no pressure to complete any of the activities on there, I know life is stressful enough at the moment, so please just do as much or as little as you want 😊.

Parents - Please look out for an email from Class Dojo tomorrow (Thursday 26th March). I am hoping to link all of you up to the class account using your Parent App details. If you follow the link in the email, you should be able to set up a Parent Account, and then use this to help children connect to their Student Portfolio. From there, children can upload photos, videos, drawings and voice notes for me to see, as well as being able to read messages from me and they can edit their Dojo monster 😊.

Well done to all the children who participated in 'P.E. with Joe'!! I've seen all the photos and tweets you've posted to our twitter page @stgregs_primary and I am very proud of the Y1 pupils who got involved this morning!!! 🌟
