Protect Their Curiosity

All children are naturally curious, we need to work together to channel that curiosity to ensure that they only access the intended information and not become sidetracked - think behaviour, not technology.

Fred is sitting in the kitchen searching for videos of pirates online. He clicks to watch a video of "Somali pirates hostage situation" and is left frightened and confused. Children can be curious online, and nurturing this is great. But it's important they be curious in a safe environment.

April - Sexting - Protect Their Curiosity - Internet Matters

April is chatting to her friend online and decides to share an image of herself. Unfortunately, the image is shared with other people that she didn't want to see it. Children can be curious online, and nurturing this is great. But it's important they be curious in a safe environment.

Jack - Online gaming - Protect Their Curiosity - Internet Matters

Jack is playing a video game online when a player starts a chat with him that leads to cyberbullying. Children can be curious online, and nurturing this is great. But it's important they be curious in a safe environment. We're passionate about giving parents that right tools to keep their children safe online.
