As part of the Come and See RE program, the children will be learning about another faith this week. They will be learning about Hinduism.

Calling all artists!!!
Prizes up for grabs for the winners in each age category.
Maghull & Lydiate Art Group have asked if your child could paint an A4 sized picture (theme: 'Animals in motion') for their annual competition.
All entries will be displayed in their exhibition at Lydiate Village Centre on Lambshear Lane on Sunday 18th November 10.30- 4.30pm. Free entry to the exhibition, and you can have a delicious cake with tea/coffee refreshments.
Please see Mrs McDonnell for an entry form. Entry fee is only £1 for the competition.
When you have completed your picture, please give to Mrs McDonnell at school on Wednesday 14th November.

Representatives from St. Gregory's School will be walking to Our Lady's Church on Monday 12th November to take part in the Remembrance service at the Lydiate War Memorial.
Y5 will be part of a special Remembrance service in St. Gregory's Church at 2pm on Thursday 15th November to pay respect to those who served and died in war so that we may have our freedom and peace.
